Serotonin is one of the most important neurotransmitters influencing our mental health. Whereas dopamine serves as the foundation for motivation, reward, and goal directed behavior, serotonin is all about mood, sleep, and digestion. These are are critical to our recovery from training-and to making GAINS.

Exercise increases serotonin levels significantly. When combined with the euphoria of endoccanabinoid release and the increased motivation from elevated baseline dopamine levels we have a recipe for staying fit with less friction as all systems are working in sync
